Facebook and Instagram underperformed relative to expectations while Twitter slightly outperformed expected revenue in Q4.
This is part of our quarterly process to align Social Spend with publicly reported earnings from Facebook and Twitter, as outlined below:
On the first Tuesday of the 3rd month of each quarter (March, June, September, December) we will update the Spend & Impression totals in each market for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to account for differences between our projected figures for the quarter, and the actuals announced in quarterly earnings.
